About the Old Lidunians

The Old Lidunians is the former pupil's association that aims to proudly serve those individuals that attended King Edward VII School, Lytham St Annes. The organisation is a not-for-profit and is run entirely by volunteers.

The purpose of the organisation is to allow like-minded individuals who had the pleasure of experiencing education at the school, to meet, reminisce, and discuss old times. The aim is to offer these opportunities through hosting events that may appeal to as may people as possible. The current agenda includes regular sporting fixtures for golf, rugby and tennis, and in 2015 we will bring back the annual re-union dinner in Lytham St Annes, and look to host a London lunch to appeal to those who have moved away from the area.

Over the years the school name has changed several times, but the original core buildings remain largely the same. The owners of the current school on the site, United Learning, have spent several million pounds to improve the learning opportunities for its young people, which can only extend the presence of independent learning on the Fylde Coast. If you do ever want to take a trip down memory lane, the school are more than willing to show former pupils around. You'll be amazed at how much you remember.
